CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide proper notice, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows will result in the following charges: RETURNING CLIENTS: • 50% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged. • Appointments may be rescheduled if communication is received by the end of the day of the missed appointment. NEW CLIENTS: • 100% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged. • Appointments may be rescheduled if communication is received by the end of the day of the missed appointment. LATE POLICY: • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • If no communication is received within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be canceled and subject to the applicable fee.
