CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens, but please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if no communication is made within 5 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
